Lisa Meier, REALTOR

I am a full time real estate agent dedicated to delivering the highest level of service possible to each and every client.  There are many decisions to consider when choosing to buy or sell real estate. Choosing me as your agent means having guidance and support every step of the way.

Whether this is your first time or you've been through the real estate process many times, every experience is different with a unique set of challenges. Buying or selling a house is probably the most expensive transaction you will ever have. Depending on a skilled Real Estate agent to help you only makes sense!

As your agent, I will help with:

  • A Comparable Market Analysis - Whether you are buying or selling a home, I will provide a detailed market analysis that compares your home to similar area homes (currently on the market, under contract and sold homes)

  • Negotiation Strategy - I am an experienced negotiator.  I have a talent for getting both parties (buyer and seller) to keep the lines of communication open until we agree on the price you are happy with.

  • Presenting and Evaluating Options - I enjoy walking my clients through each step of the process and presenting (and helping evaluate) all options so that you are comfortable making each decision along the way.

  • Reducing Stress - What really sets me apart from my competition is my dedication to my clients.  I respond quickly to phone calls, e-mails and messages. I'm a hand holding agent with attention to detail. As your agent, I'm much like a tour guide.  I will help connect you with the information and services you need.

If your looking for a highly skilled agent who will keep you informed, help you negotiate the best possible price and reduce the stress of the buying and selling experience, contact me!  I would love to help!!

Why should you consider adopting a retired greyhound?
Adopting a retired racer was by far one of the most fulfiling things I have ever experienced.  I highly recommend these gentle and laid back pets!  Most people expect these dogs to be highly energetic, but this couldn't be further from the truth. These dogs are trained sprinters. After a few (very fast) laps around the yard, they are ready for a nap!  Preferably on the sofa, but a nice soft dog bed will do.

One remarkable feature of retired greyhounds is that they are incredibly loving and bond strongly with those that know them best.  Because they have had an institutional life, they take great pleasure in human companionship and their new toys!  They live for food, love and stuffed toys (and preferably in that order).  Greyhounds, who are known to be very gentle, are often great around kids and can even be wonderful around small dogs and cats!  My cat Sam was NOT thrilled with his new roommate, but quickly became interested after she completly ignored him for a few days.

Greyhounds are accustomed to being crated at the track.  Due to their nature of being very quiet and more lazy than energetic, they make wonderful apartment dogs. Because of their ability to instantly accelerate to around 35 miles per hour, they can never be let off the leash in an open area!!  Most cars would never be able to react, and you certainly could never catch one if they decided to play a game of chase.

After adopting our first greyhound, we were so impressed with the breed, we decided to adopt another about a year later.  Retired racing greyhounds make such wonderful family dogs.  If you are considering adopting a pet, why not consider the retired greyhound?  If you would like to know more about why greyhounds are not only one of the best pets around, but also a breed in need, feel free to contact me!!  For more information on adopting retired racing greyhounds visit:
